Every driver must be 25 or older, named on the signed rental agreement, and present a current valid driver's licence at handoff. The renter is responsible for his occupants, guests and approved drivers.
From handoff through return the renter is responsible for loss or damage caused by his use, movement, negligence or breach of the agreement, including misuse of the RV's systems, and for tire damage during authorised use. Responsibility is not limited to the security deposit.
Insurance is charged at $49 a day, subject to policy terms and claim decisions; the stated policy limit is $500,000. For each separate covered loss the renter is responsible for, he reimburses the deductible up to $1,000 per event, and any loss the insurance does not pay. The renter maintains his own AAA roadside assistance.
A $1,500 refundable security deposit is collected. Documented damage not covered by insurance, and other amounts owed under the agreement, may be deducted from it. An itemised accounting is provided and the unused balance returned after inspection. Nothing is charged twice.
No smoking, no roof access and no climbing the ladder. Park on a reasonably level, permitted surface. Do not take the RV onto a racecourse, trail or other off-road surface. No repairs or modifications without approval, except immediate steps to protect people or prevent further damage.
100 miles and 4 generator hours are included for each rental day. Beyond that, miles are $1 each and generator hours $4 each. Fuel is $8 a gallon and propane $6 a gallon for what is used. Tolls are recorded by the transponder. A late return is $200, and excess cleaning, if needed, is $200.
The full rental agreement is provided before your trip and signed by both parties at handoff. It governs the rental; this page is a summary of it.
To hold your dates, a reservation deposit of half the daily rate times the number of rental days is due at signing. It is nonrefundable and is credited toward your total.
Everything else — the balance of the rental, the fees and the security deposit — is due at handoff, so cancelling before handoff means nothing further is owed.
If a mechanical problem on our end makes the motorhome unavailable, anything you have paid is refunded in full, reservation deposit included.
Date changes are handled case by case. Call as early as you can and we will do what we can.
This website carries no analytics or advertising trackers. The forms on this site submit through our hosting provider, Netlify, which stores the submission so we can read it and reply.
What you send us — name, phone, email, address, your dates and who will be driving — is used only to arrange and service your rental. It is not sold and not shared, except where we must to place an insurance claim or meet a legal obligation.
Driver's licences are checked in person at handoff. We do not collect licence numbers through this website.
