Every rental to date has begun with a call or a text. Inquiries reach the owner directly and are answered in person rather than routed through a form.

These conditions apply to every rental and are set out in the rental agreement.
Every driver must be 25 or older, named on the rental agreement, and bring a current valid driver's licence to the handoff. No CDL is needed.
Insurance is included and charged at $49 a day — a $500,000 policy. On a claim you cover the deductible, up to $1,000. You keep your own AAA roadside cover.
No smoking or vaping inside at any time. No roof access and no climbing the ladder.
Dogs welcome, limit two, $125. That covers cleaning only — damage is separate. No cats.
4 generator hours a day are included, then $4 an hour. Campground quiet hours, usually 10pm to 7am, still apply.
Back at the agreed time, emptied of your belongings and trash. A late return is $200. Fuel, propane, extra miles and generator hours are settled then.
